Concrete structure residence with a tropical garden inside
The Pricila Firm is a stylish contemporary residence located in Núñez, Buenos Aires, Argentine republic. The construction was completed in 2010. The house covers a full area of i,000 square meters. It was designed by Martín Gomez & Gonzalo Veloso from Estudio Martín Gómez Arquitectos. The Pricila Firm has a very interesting design. It's modernistic simply as well mysterious. The façade is intriguing and lets y'all meet inside but only enough to make you curious.

The firm was built with a concrete structure. Other materials that were used in the process include Lapacho wood that was extensively used for all the floors and marble mostly used for the exterior, including the puddle. The exterior areas are impressive but and then is the interior. Inside, the three-meter high ceilings are definitely intriguing. The house has two levels and they are connected by a very beautiful spiral staircase that has go the central focal signal for the décor.








The spiral staircase has a circular skylight higher up that lets lite pass through and creates a very beautiful image. The ground floor has floor-to-ceiling glass walls that basically open upwardly the space towards the exterior. The bulwark between indoors and outdoors is almost invisible. The upper level is more private but still features big windows and a whole range of balconies. Since the owner are outdoor lovers, the property includes many outdoors areas such as the barbeque, the outdoor chimneys, the Jacuzzi pools and the practice shooting spaces, creates at the request of the owners.{found on archdaily}.
